​Aziz is an Associate Consultant in the Pharmaceutical Team at Apex, focusing on positions like Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation and Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Since joining Apex in June 2024, he has rapidly acquired in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry's dynamics, which enables him to specialize in recruiting for roles across the areas above with a strong foundation in the industry.

Residing in Japan since 2018, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tokyo International University, graduating in 2024. During his university years, he served as Vice President of a varsity club, leading a team of approximately 60 individuals. This experience honed his communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

He is proficient in four languages: English, Japanese, Russian, and Uzbek (his native tongue).
