We're proud to announce that Apex has been named the 9th Best Workplace in Japan for 2025 by Great Place To Work® Institute Japan in the Medium-Sized Company category. This marks our second consecutive year on the Best Workplaces in Japan, moving up from 11th place in 2024.
Our team celebrated this achievement at the Best Workplaces Award 2025 ceremony, held at Shinagawa Intercity Hall on February 12th.
Understanding the Great Place to Work Rankings
Great Place To Work® Institute conducts employee surveys in approximately 150 countries worldwide, to evaluate workplace culture and satisfaction. In Japan, 657 companies participated in the 2025 certification process, with 310 achieving certification. From these, the top 100 companies earned the distinguished Best Workplaces in Japan.

At Apex, where recruitment consultants make up over 70% of our workforce, we've implemented a merit-based evaluation system that ensures promotions and compensation are based on performance rather than gender, age, or tenure.
