Peak Performers Celebration 2024

​Apex held its third inaugural Peak Performers Celebration at the Andaz Hotel in Toranomon Hills to celebrate the success of our top-performing recruitment consultants.

Honorees took photos on the red carpet before gathering for a 5 course dinner at the Rooftop Studio on the 52nd floor.

We welcomed 17 recruitment consultants to this year's Peak Performers Celebration, including 4 first-timers and 13 returnees.

Founded in Japan in 2010, Apex has experienced rapid growth in the recruitment industry and has established itself as a market leader. As we celebrate our 15th anniversary this year, we reflect on our journey while setting our sights on greater achievements. Currently, Apex employs over 140 professionals, each dedicated to their growth and success. In 2025, we will continue to overcome new challenges through teamwork as we strive to reach new heights.
