Apex launched its Young Talent Development Program in April 2021, recognizing that new graduates and second-career professionals needed a different pathway than our mid-career hires. This program combines foundational business training with recruitment-specific skills development. Before stepping into their roles as recruitment consultants, participants master essential professional skills - from business etiquette and keigo (business Japanese) to hands-on sales techniques and industry knowledge.
Recently, we celebrated our first alumni gathering of program graduates. As we enter the program's fourth year with over 20 graduates, we organized this event to strengthen connections within our alumni network. The gathering brought together 43 participants, including graduates, program directors, recruitment consultants, Learning & Development, and IT teams.
The evening began with a speech by Managing Director, Brock Worbets, followed by games and a buffet dinner where participants enjoyed time networking. Everyone wore Apex's signature red (or pink) color, creating a strong sense of unity. The event proved to be a great opportunity to see our graduates' professional growth and team expansion, generating expressions of gratitude from participants.
