Great Place to Work 2025

As of October 2024, we are proud to announce that Apex has officially achieved the Great Place To Work® Certification in Japan for the second consecutive year!

About the Great Place To Work® Certification

This certification is based on an employee survey conducted by the Great Place To Work® Institute Japan (GPTW Japan) and is awarded to companies with outstanding workplace cultures.

In Japan, only 38% of all participating companies (based on the 2023 edition) met or exceeded the global standard of being awarded as certified companies.

About the GPTW Japan

Operating in approximately 150 countries worldwide, the Great Place To Work® Institute conducts surveys and evaluations annually on the engagement of employees in more than 10,000 companies on a global standard. The results are shared on their website and major media outlets in each country.

In the United States, the institute has been publishing the Great Place To Work® ranking on FORTUNE magazine since 1998. Being featured in this ranking is a prestigious honor, signifying top-tier organizations in the country.

GPTW Japan operates under license from the Great Place To Work® Institute. For more details, please visit their website.
