He has worked with top-tier global companies as well as growing pre-IPO businesses with the aim of finding the best matches for both clients and candidates for a wide range of positions including HRBP, Accounting manager and Finance manager.

He was born in the United States, graduated from Nagoya University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He is a native level speaker of both English and Japanese, and committed to providing the best support for both parties.
