After graduating from the University of Barcelona with a degree in Psychology and specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he started his career in HR. Recognizing his enjoyment for recruitment, he fully committed to the industry, where he excels as a consultant for both candidates and clients.

With a strong foundation in psychology and a passion for recruitment, he brings a unique perspective and empathetic approach to his work.
