On December 13th, Apex celebrated its annual Christmas party at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, bringing together 112 team members for an evening of celebration and recognition.
Managing Director Brock Worbets started the evening with a kanpai (toast), sharing a quote from Henry Ford: "Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success." His speech reflected on the team's achievements and collaboration that defined 2024.
The photo slideshow showcased the year's top memories - hanami (cherry blossom viewing), Apex golf tournament, quarterly celebrations, yakatabune (boat cruise), company trip to Miyakojima, and the inaugural alumni gathering of our young talent development program. These shared experiences reminded us of the connections we've built throughout the year.
During dinner, colleagues gathered for photos with their teams and friends, while our photographer captured candid moments across the room. The evening offered a perfect opportunity for team members to connect with colleagues they don't often see in their day to day work.
A highlight of the night was our office awards quiz, which celebrated the unique characteristics of team members. We also celebrated our top performers, whose acceptance speeches offered insights into their success.
As we approach our 15th anniversary in 2025, we're grateful for the trust our clients and candidates have placed in us. Their partnership has been instrumental to our growth, and we look forward to reaching new heights together in the coming year.
